The Phylis J. Green Early Childhood Center PTO

Mission:  The mission of the PTO is to aid the students, faculty, and staff of the ECC in their educational and recreational needs, foster a sense of support, pride, and enthusiasm in the ECC and to encourage parent and public involvement in the ECC. The PTO shall provide service for ECC functions, engage in fundraising projects, encourage parent, teacher, and community involvement, and cooperate with ECC administration in providing educational and recreational opportunities
